Advantages of Thermal-Desober system

Low utilities consumption Because some of vaporized hydrocarbons did not condense in the scrubber and are burned in the combustion chamber fuel consumption is less and can be even zero depending in hydrocarbons concentration in source material.
Less than four hour start-up and 2 hour shutdown The ceramic fiber refractory used in the kiln combustion chamber is not sensitive to thermal shock. The typical direct fired rotary kiln may require two or three days to reach operating temperature.
Simple and efficient vessel seals Simple, robust, puff-free and proved sealing prevents air coming inside kiln.
Low maintenance high efficiency scrubbing system By cleaning the gas after it exits the kiln and before it enters the combustion chamber burner, a much smaller volume of gas requires treatment. The smaller size reduces the initial cost and uses less scrubbing media (oil). In addition, the condensing scrubber uses less than 1/4 the power of the typical scrubbing system.
High level of automation Implementation of Allen Bradley SLC-500 PLC controller and highly sophisticated software allows full automated process control.
Low weight The typical direct fired rotary kiln or fixed hearth incinerator uses large quantities of high density hard refractory. The proposed thermal extractor requires none, resulting in tremendous weight and cost savings.
Minimum site preparation Due to modular construction and trailer mounting, site preparation is as simple as leveling the required area.
