Main Process Tank

Main Process Tank nominal capacity - 10,000 gallons. The tank is equipped with temperature and level gauges, floating skimmer assembly and live bottom screw. Fully insulated with polyurethane foam and covered with a protective vinyl coating.
Skimmer and Solid Pumps
1 - Solid Pump. Progressive cavity pump for periodically transferring solids from main process tank to the second phase of the system for process and removal. 100 GPM @ 87PSIG Hydraulic drive system.
2 - Skimmer Pump. Progressive cavity pump for transferring skimmed oil from the main process tank to the second phase of the system or to the oil collection tank. 100 GPM @ 87PSIG Hydraulic drive system.
Screen Separator
Midwestern 60" ME series Gyra-Vibe Screen Separator equipped with variable speed hydraulic drive and # 4 mesh screen.
First stage of separation on Screen Separator removes heavy oversized solids (rust scale, nuts, bolts, rags etc.) from liquefied sludge. Debris from screener is evacuated by hydraulic screw adjustable conveyor. Conveyor has secure mode for transportation.
Process Heater
Direct fired spiral tube heat exchanger equipped with Maxon 550 SP oven pack burner. 5 MMBTUH on diesel fuel Approximately 40 F delta T @ 300 GPM. Fully modulating temperature control. Flame safe guard control. Replaceable ASME coil.
Heating efficiency 1,26 million kcal/hour on diesel. Brush flame long - (1,83 - 2,13) m. Brush flame diameter - 457 mm. Air flow to combustion chamber - 1542 m3/hour. Flue gas temperature - 538 degree C. Flame temperature- 1900 degree C. Heat-exchange surface - 31,1 m2. Coil material - ASTM A 106 Grade B. Heat exchanger housing diameter - 864 mm, material API 5L Grade B. Heated liquid flow though heat exchanger coil - 68 m3/hour.
Hydraulic System
System 1 - 66 GPM closed loop systems for powering the main wash pump at up to 4,000 PSI drive pressure.
System 2 - 120 GPM main open loop system. Each of the systems is equipped with full flow filtration while the main open loop system provides full flow cooling.
The 270 Gallons nominal capacity hydraulic reservoir is equipped with temperature and level gauges while the hydraulic filters and minimum tank level are monitored electrically.
